I'm here to change that. As a licensed therapist and AASECT certified sex therapist who grew up in the LDS church, I help couples build confident, connected intimacy — from "I do" through every season of marriage.
A free guide drawn from my published book — because the conversations you have before marriage shape everything that comes after.

Growing up LDS, I experienced firsthand how little preparation most couples receive for the intimate side of marriage. That gap — between what the Church teaches and what couples actually need to know — became my life's work.
I hold a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, am a Licensed MFT, and hold AASECT certification — the gold standard in sex therapy. I've taught human sexuality at the university level, run live couples courses, and authored a book specifically for LDS and faith-based couples. I bring clinical depth and cultural fluency that's genuinely rare in this space.

"Sarah understands the LDS experience in a way no other therapist I've worked with does. She speaks our language and doesn't make us feel judged."
"I wish we had found this resource before our wedding night. Three years in, these questions have still transformed how we talk about intimacy."
